The inlet is located in the suction-stage under pump, the outlet is located in the discharge-stage above pump. Both of them are horizontally mounted. The outlet can be installed with the angle 90C, 180C and 270C to inlet according to user's requirement (the angle is 0C for normal installation).
The main parts of pump are suction-stage, middle-stage, discharge-stage, bearing support, motor support, impeller, diffuser, shaft, shaft bearing, shaft sleeve, balance kettle, balance sleeve etc. The suction-stage, middle-stage, discharge-stage, diffuser and bearing support forms a working chamber, while shaft, impeller, balance drum and shaft sleeve are pump rotor parts. The axial force is balanced by balance drum and the remaining axial force is borne by upper radial thrust ball bearing. The sealing ring is respectively fixed in the suction-stage and middle-stage to prevent high-pressure water from leaking.
The radial thrust ball bearing is mounted above shaft and the sliding bearing which gets lubricated by grease is mounted under shaft. Shaft seal is either soft packing seal or mechanical seal and they can be lubricated and cooled by pressure water in balance chamber. The pump is driven by vertical motor.
