HIIE type lime slurry emulsifying pump is a specially designed and manufactured pump for sugar refinery by our company after years researching and developing, aiming at solving the existing disadvantages of the lime slurry, such as large quantity solid particles content and difficulty to grind. Its core parts, the rotor and the stator, are made of special alloy and treated by nitriding process to improve their wearing resistance and corrosion resistance. The mesh structure provides larger shearing force during rotor high-speed rotation to emulsiy the material more sufficiently and thoroughly. There are two types sealing structure, one is mechanical sealing, the other is stuffing sealing. The user can choose one from them according to application characteristics of lime slurry emulsifying pump. During application, the clean tap water flows into the seal. The seal has the strong points such as good sealing ability, no leakage, longer service life and easy replacing, etc.
