Description:
Submersible propeller

Model QJB submersible mixer is a suitable for both aeration ans anaerobic tanks in the industrial and city's sewage treatment to provide the power fo the cycle of the water in the tank and establish the water flow in the phases of nitration, denitrification and phosphor removal.

Principle of Work:

The propeller blade of a special structure starts slow moving driven by the under-water motor to produce a powerful water flow folwing in a lower tangential direction to make the liquid's power increased and produce strong stirring to reduce the precipitation under the water. Thus realizing liquid stirring and flowing.

Structure:

1. Two places of mechanical seal are with the submersible motor, the material of the seal is tungsten carbide. A special finger sleeve structure is used at the cable out-coming place, good sealing and corrosion prevention;
2. The impeller is designed with a unique anti-twisting curve in order to have it produce a powerful tangential water flow and avoid wrapping and blocking. A nice outlook and

Long time submersible depth: Hmax=20 m

Description:

QJB slow speed propeller are able to be located at any position. They have the best efficiency. They are widely used in waste water treatment plants and industry process to agitate the suspended substances contained water, watery slurry, icy water, liquid from industry process, roast liquid, etc. They can be also used to create water flow in the tank, to open up water channel, to oxygenate fishing pound, to prevent pound form icing.

The mixer can be operated normally and continuously at the following conditions:

1. Altitude of up to 1000m;
2. Max medium temperature of up to 40;
3. Medium pH of between 5 and 9;
4. Liquid density of up to 1150kg/m3
5. Submersion depth of up to 20m;
6. Viscosity of up to 50cP in tank of volume between 1000 and 3000m3, viscosity of up to 1000cP in tank of volume between 500 and 700m3.

SPECIAL CAUTION

The mixer shall work entirely under water and shall not work in the ambient of explosion and fire hazardous area and corrosive gas or liquid.

TYPICAL USAGE

The mixer power is decided on the volume, density and viscosity of the agitated liquid and agitating depth. Several agitator are used in large tank.
